    Submit no less than five (5) working days prior to the event.

    Financial responsibility for the fireworks display is required.

  6. SITE PLAN

    A site diagram must be submitted. Diagram to include (reasonable to scale and legible): 

    • Diagram of the location at which the display will be conducted
    • Diagram of the site from which fireworks will be sidcharged
    • The location of Lines behind which the audience will be restrained
    • Spectator viewing area
    • Parking areas
    • Fallout area
    • Associated separation distances and structures shall be illustrated on the site plan

  16. FEES

    Firework events require fire department stand-by or "Fire Watch." Unless approved otherwise, costs associated with fire watch will be invoiced to the responsible party listed above. Resource needs will be based on the size of the event, weather, proximity to dry fuels, etc. and will be determined by the Fire Chief or his designee.

    Firework Permit: None

    Fire Watch: $150/Type 1 engine; $65/Type 6 engine; maximum of $500 per event.

  17. Electronic Signature Agreement
