Soccer 2022 Information
| Soccer 2023: | Registration is for spring 2023. There will be 8 games during the season. |

| Who: | Children in pre-K through 7th grade. Children must be 3 by the first game. |

There will be 8 games in the spring ranging from April 22, 2023 to June 3, 2023, weather permitting. Games will be played on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays (most games will be played on Saturdays). |

| Registration Fees: | Resident: $45 Non-resident: $50 A $10 fee will be added onto registration after March 16th. New jerseys are $12/ea. The jerseys are the same as last year and can be reused. |

- 8 players on a team
- Game format is 4 v 4, with NO goalkeeper.
- Games consist of (2) 10-minute halves, with a 4-minute halftime. Game time total: 24 minutes
- Practices/warm-ups will be at the beginning of the game for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, the game will be played and finished before the hour.
- 8 players on a team
- Game format is 5 v 5, with NO goalkeeper.
- Games consist of (2) 14-minute halves, with a 5-minute halftime. Game time total: 33 minutes
- Practices/warm-ups will be at the beginning of the game for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, the game will be played and finish before the hour.
- 10 players on a team
- Game format is 6 v 6, with a goalkeeper.
- Games consist of (2) 16-minute halves, with a 5-minute halftime. Game time total: 37 minutes
- Practices will be at the discretion of each individual coach. Practices should be held once a week.
- 12 players on a team
- Game format is 8 v 8, with a goalkeeper.
- Games consist of (2) 20-minute halves, with a 5-minute halftime. Game time total: 45 minutes
- Practices will be at the discretion of each individual coach. Practices should be held once a week.

- Game format is 9 v 9, with a goalkeeper.
- Games consist of (2) 24-minute halves, with a 5-minute halftime. Game time total: 53 minutes
- Practices will be held at the discretion of each individual coach. Practices should be held once a week.

Uniform Information:

- All players need to wear a Bluffdale City uniform. These are reusable from season to season. They are available to purchase online (during registration) if needed.
- All players MUST wear shin guards or they will not be able to play. No exceptions.
- All shoes MUST be close-toed.
- Soccer cleats are encouraged, however, metal cleats are prohibited.
