Bill Payment Options


Beginning in January 2023, the collection process for past due Bluffdale utility accounts is changing. If you become delinquent on your utility account, please be aware of this new policy. 

We will no longer be hanging 24-hour notices on doors. If the balance is not paid by the 25th due date, you will incur a late penalty and will be sent a one-time notice around the 5th of the following month informing you that your account is past due. You will have until the 20th to pay the full balance. 

If the balance remains unpaid on the 20th, water services will be disconnected without further notice and a $110 fee will be assessed. Water services will not be restored until the total balance (past & current) is paid in full. 

Once the delinquent notice is sent, if the payment received is returned, water will be disconnected immediately and must be paid in full IN CASH, before the water is restored. 

Payment Options

Online at - This online option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill. You can sign up for notification when a bill is due, if a payment fails, etc.  We accept VISA & Mastercard. There is no fee to pay online. You can now checkout as a guest without logging in.

iPHONE APP - You can now pay your bills using the free IPHONE app from Xpress Bill Pay. Go to iTunes and type in "Xpress Bill Pay" for the FREE app.

Future payment

You can now schedule a one-time payment in the future using Xpress Bill Pay. Select a payment date, enter payment and email info, and forget about it. These payments will be referred to as “Pending Payments” on Xpress. You will then be emailed a transaction receipt when a payment processes on the day of the scheduled payment. Notifications will be sent to the email entered during the payment process.
