Bluffdale City contracts with Waste Management to manage our trash, recycle, and green waste service.
Participation in the solid waste collection and disposal program is mandatory for each single-family and two-family residence located in the city. The city manager shall cause each residence to be billed monthly for the service to be provided and may bring an action to enforce collection for the collection and disposal service made available to the resident. (Ord. 2008-07, 4-8-2008)
On collection days, place your waste containers at the curb with the handles facing your house. Be sure the containers are within two feet of the curb and at least four feet from any obstructions such as lampposts, mailboxes, fences, or other waste containers. During collection hours, please do not park vehicles on the street near containers.
