Records Request

The City Recorder is the Record's Officer for the City. A person wanting access to a record from any Department in the City must give the City a written Records Request, which you may complete and submit below, or contact the City Recorder’s Office at (801) 849-9407 to request a form.

GRAMA - Government Records Request

    In accordance with the Government Records Access and Management Act, as set forth in Utah Code Ann. §§ 63-2-101, et seq., a person making a request for a government record shall furnish the governmental entity with a written request containing required information and a description of the records requested that identifies the record with reasonable specificity.
